Your impact on the team As our JAMF Administrator, you will be responsible to manage and oversee device management platforms and manage endpoint. You will also collaborate with functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions. What can you expect from the position? Configure and deploy Mac computers using JAMF Pro, including initial setup, software installations, and user profiles. Create and manage JAMF policies, scripts, and packages to automate software updates, patch management, and system configurations. Implement and enforce security policies, encryption, and access controls for Mac devices through JAMF configurations. Monitor the health and performance of Mac systems using JAMF tools, logs, and dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and enforce security policies, Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks for Mac systems Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Mac-related issues. Generate reports, metrics, and insights on Mac system performance, compliance status, and user feedback to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for? 5+ years of relevant experience as a MAC system administrator Must be JAMF Certified Experience in managing Apple Devices (MacOS, ios etc) Experience in Shell/Bash scripting Familiar with Intune and other MDM platform (Nice to have) JAMF Certification- JAMF 400, JAMF 370 (Nice to have) Shift time : 5:30 PM-2:30 AM IST Why work for us?
