**Job Title: Janitor (2 AM Shift)** **Job Description** As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned classrooms and offices. You will be cleaning approximately 13,000 to 25,000 square feet daily, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. **Responsibilities** + Clean 10 classrooms and offices daily. + Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas ranging from 15,000 to 45,000 square feet. + Perform tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and polishing. + Sanitize patient rooms and maintain general environmental services. + Manage housekeeping duties including linen handling and floor care. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or custodial work. + Proficiency in tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and polishing. + Knowledge of environmental services and sanitation practices. **Work Environment** You will be working independently, cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and hallways during the early morning hours. The role requires a focus on maintaining hygiene and safety standards, with attention to detail in cleaning and sanitation tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
