COMSUBGRU7 Janitor/General Laborer/Admin Services
Janitorial Support:
The contractor shall provide janitorial services necessary to vacuum all carpeted areas, spot clean all interior office and partition walls and windows/sills, sweep and mop all composition, tiled and hard surfaced flooring, clean and stock with necessary or applicable amenities all restrooms, lunch rooms and kitchen areas, provide high and low dusting of all horizontal surfaces, wipe off and clean countertops and sinks, remove cobwebs from building interiors, spot clean spots and spills from all carpeted areas, empty trash receptacles and recycle cardboard for offices and common areas in building B3128: Basement, First and Second Floors.
General Laborer:
The contractor will provide general labor support such as uncrating boxes, loading and unloading supplies from vehicles, assembling/disassembling and installing/removing furniture, hanging of material, removing material, shredding documents, etc.
The contractor will maintain and upkeep the command's spaces.
The contractor may be required to use hand tools when performing these tasks. Additionally, contractor will provide yard works and material disposal as required.
Administrative Duties:
The contractor will provide general administrative duties such as making errand runs, looking up items, typing up shipping documentations, and picking up and dropping off material.
