**Job Title: Custodial Maintenance Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodial Maintenance Worker to perform general, routine custodial and maintenance service functions within our facility. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation of our warehouse and surrounding areas. **Responsibilities** + Perform a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, with a focus on the warehouse and exterior areas. + Ensure the disposal of trash and material in designated areas. + Maintain good housekeeping practices in and around aisles to ensure a clean and safe environment. + Execute various housekeeping and custodial duties as required. + Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed to support overall facility operations. + Operate motorized industrial equipment, including sit-down forklifts and industrial floor sweepers/scrubbers, to perform assigned tasks efficiently. + Maintain timely, regular, and dependable attendance to support the consistent operation of the facility. + Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the facility. + Contribute to delivering customer value and empowering our contributors by prioritizing and organizing work effectively. **Essential Skills** + Ability to operate motorized industrial equipment safely and efficiently. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. + Must be able to properly lift, pack, stack, and wrap up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. + Ability to pass the motorized industrial equipment test and obtain a license. + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. + Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cleaning, janitorial duties, general labor, and housekeeping. + Proficiency in operating industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers. **Shift** Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm; OT as needed **Work Environment** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, grasp, handle, and feel items.
