Description:  

ATCO Frontec is seeking a Janitor/Runner/Laundry Attendant to join our Camp Services team in Northern British Columbia. The Janitors are responsible for keeping our facilities clean and ensure high sanitation standard are maintained throughout the lodge.  

The rate for this position is $18.00 an hour. Rates may be subject to change.  

Responsibilities:  

Ensure the highest sanitation standards are maintained   Ensure the good order and maintenance of all equipment   Clean Lobbies, rest rooms, offices, walkways, ramps and stairways of buildings   Ensure walkways are clear of snow and mud both indoors and outside the buildings   Sweep, scrub, wash and polish floors and clean rugs   Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings and woodwork   Empty waste baskets, transport trash to disposal area   Replenish bathroom supplies   Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.    Assist in laundry as needed    Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:  

The successful candidate will have 1 or more years of janitorial experience.   Strong organization skills   Excellent people skills   Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised or unsupervised   Experience with commercial laundry
