Janitor- Ashland, VA

Job Duties:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and surfaces. Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of six months experience in a related field . Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require. Good communication skills, organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to recognize areas that need immediate attention and respond promptly. Self-starter with proficient initiative Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision. Overtime as required, which may include weekends.

Hours & Pay:

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm $17.25/hr
