Special Events Crew Lead 
2-3 Week Event in September

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hard-working, dependable, and motivated individual to join our Special Events Team. This role involves hands-on physical labor, on-site event setup and takedown, and leading by example in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates are comfortable working long hours, being on their feet, and interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of large-scale eventsLoad, transport, and install event equipment (tents, stages, waste stations, signage, etc.)Ensure job site cleanliness and organization throughout the eventLead small crews when needed and ensure team safety, timeliness, and professionalismCommunicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and clients on-siteTroubleshoot challenges on the ground and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitudeWork flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as neededRequirements:Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyReliable transportation to travel to event locations (may include out-of-town work)Previous experience in events, construction, or labor-intensive roles preferredStrong interpersonal skills; able to lead and work well with othersMust be punctual, professional, and able to work under pressureWillingness to follow directions and take initiative when necessaryCompensation & Benefits:$25/hour base payOvertime pay for hours over 40 per weekDaily per diem for meals and expenses when working away from homeOpportunity to work high-profile events in unique locationsWork with a great team in a high-energy, rewarding environment
