Position Overview: We seek an energetic, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Janitorial Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage the nightly cleaning operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have 5+ years of previous management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards across multiple facilities. The candidate must also have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for reporting, scheduling, and managing inventory. This position requires overseeing Contract Compliance Officers (quality assurance/control), ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. A clean driving record is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate Contract Compliance Officers during the night shift to ensure Clients’ SOWs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

·         Perform quality control inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning tasks meet or exceed company and client expectations.

·         Train, develop, and mentor staff, ensuring they follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.

·         Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.

·         Address and resolve any client issues or concerns regarding cleaning services promptly.

·         Ensure that all work is completed within scheduled hours and that delays or challenges are resolved efficiently.

·         Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage.

·         Enforce safety standards to ensure the well-being of Clients, IC's and the cleanliness of the facility.

·         Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate department for resolution.

·         Assist in the hiring process and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.

·         You will be required to drive a company vehicle. Must have a clean driving record.

·         Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff, independent contractors and clients.

·         Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks.
