Job Skills / Requirements SUMMARY The Recruiter is responsible to identify, attract, screen, and recruit experienced top-quality candidates for all positions within the company. Must record recruiting metrics and provide a consistent pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to network and advertise in a leadership role, as well as the ability to recruit candidates based on offline advertising options. Applicants must have prior experience working in the janitorial or relevant industry in a recruiting role. RESPONSIBILITIES · Pre-screen and interview candidates prior to sending them for on-boarding. · Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts. · Network within the geographic area and the janitorial industry. · Ensure all requisition/candidate activity data is captured in the applicant tracking system. · Assist teams in screening resumes. · On-board all candidates through our HRIS. · Submit and follow up on background checks and drug screens. · Report daily on recruiting related metrics. · Implement new sourcing methods for candidates. · Research proven job advertising options and work closely with Marketing team to strategize on implementing strategies. · Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. · Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor employment laws, regulations, and agency policies & procedures as they relate to recruiting, background checks and reference checks. · Participate in job fairs and career events. · Build the company’s professional network through other network professionals. · Build a pipeline of candidates. · Manages and oversees daily and weekend hiring events. · Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews. · Additional duties as assigned.
