Key Responsibilities and activities:
· Search for and identify new prospective leads and companies to contact for outreach.
· Communicate with prospects and customers to present Keywords Studios’ value proposition and educate them in Keywords’ service offerings.
· Respond to, engage with and qualify leads and inquiries.
· Refer suitable leads to Business Development Managers (BDMs) once qualified.
· Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications in a timely manner.
· Efficiently manage a high number of leads concurrently, follow up with and chase leads and prospects on a regular cadence.
· Work closely with other teams in Keywords to provide customer information and intelligence.
· Effectively utilize technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce for prospecting and lead generation.
· Keep Keywords’ Salesforce CRM database up to date with all lead and prospecting activity.
· Provide insights to Sales, Marketing and Production in order to help create a better view of each customer and prospect.
· Devise high quality communications and adapt them accordingly depending on the audience.
· Provide support to Japan BDMs for any sales-related activities.
· Support in the process of contract execution and management, executing DocuSign to local clients when required, and liaising with the Keywords legal team.
· Assist with the organization of Tokyo Game Show (TGS) each year, while interfacing with Keywords’ Marketing team.
