YOUR ROLE Drive marketing strategy and executions for General Manufacturing and Maintenance business in Japan, together with APAC Marketing Head and Country Business Head. Core job scopes include online and offline brand communications, markets prioritization and segment customer mapping driven by data insights, strategic pricing, marketing programs steering. Identify short and long-term business opportunities/ market white spots, partner with sales team to develop winning business plan, enable new leads/ pipeline generations via marketing means. Prioritize and manage country roll out of marketing programs i.e. budget allocations, project calendaring and deliveries, contents localizations, performance tracking. Drive digital initiatives for targeted audiences via omnichannel platforms include social media, E-Commerce, SEO, etc in collaboration with regional marketing team YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering fields 5-8 years and above of relevant experiences in marketing, market development/ business capacity career, preferably in B2B Strong leadership experience, with the ability to steer the working team to next level of success Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across different functions and with stakeholders in different geographies Language: English (Advanced) Japanese (Fluent)
