The team

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers

 

The role

As a Japanese IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our Japanese clients and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully delivery solutions to end users. This role will work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and control the output quality.

Gather, define, and document business/user requirements with Japanese, or English-speaking stakeholders. Translate requirements into solution specifications, ensuring alignment between business and project teams. Analyze, manage and document requirements in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders. Prepare technical documents like specifications, manuals, analysis reports, and business analysis plans. Define external interfaces, constraints, and non-functional requirements. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams.

 

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required. At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including writing user stories/requirement specification, creating mock-up, document in Japanese, giving presentations, and working directly with Japanese customers. Basic programming/software development knowledge. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. English proficiency is a plus.
