You Are:

UST is searching for a Java Architecture who will independently analyze and develop applications and review and design solutions in their assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options.

·       Optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions while accounting for others' developmental activities.

·       Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation.

·       Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Skill Set Required

o    5+ years experience working with customers, gathering requirements, and managing delivery.

o    10+ years of experience in Java-based microservices architecture, design, and development.

o    5+ years of experience and strong knowledge relational databases, SQL queries, and performance optimization. Ability to understand complex data and relationship and experience with building & analysing complex queries for different data requirement. Strong experience with Database design and modelling.

o    Strong knowledge of API development, microservices standards, and best practices.

o    3+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Hibernate.

o    Proven expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing API performance and database queries, interactions

o    Hands-on experience in Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments.

o    Proficiency in Git for source control and collaboration.

o    Basic understanding of cloud ecosystem, AWS services, AWS solutions

·       Skill Set Desirable

o    3+ years experience in managing customers, customer requirement, defining product features, delivering technical solutions/architecture.

o    Experience in Python, Pandas, and basic data analytics, transformations, and ETL.

o    Knowledge on Cloud ecosystems and AWS native services and AWS solution offerings

o    Hands on experience in AWS based solutions/development

o    Exposure to data analytics, data warehouse design, and ETL processes.

o    Familiarity with U.S. healthcare domain, especially enrollment and claims processing.

o    Understanding of CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Helm, and Kubernetes.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Georgia

Compensation Range: $94,000-$142,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
