Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in JUnit5 Design Patterns Java JSON Spring Framework and Linux. This role requires proficiency in English and offers a hybrid work model with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software solutions using Java and Spring Framework.Oversee the implementation of JUnit5 for unit testing to ensure high-quality code.Provide expertise in design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code structures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement JSON-based data exchange formats.Utilize Linux for deploying and managing applications in a hybrid work environment.Ensure that all software solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on best practices and emerging technologies.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with JUnit5 Design Patterns Java JSON Spring Framework and Linux.Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Must possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.Nice to have domain experience in Acc SetupMaint&Clos-Brnch Bank.Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Certifications Required

Java SE 11 Developer Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
