The Team:

As part of our Financial Markets division, you’ll collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders, including the Risk department and front office teams. Your contributions will be essential to modernizing our applications and building a robust ecosystem that caters to the bank's regulatory obligations. Experience a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning while developing new microservices and optimizing existing applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications, from batch processes to microservices in containerized environments like Kubernetes and OpenShift.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement APIs for efficient data integration, transitioning to real-time architectures.Ensure the quality and performance of your code, focusing on complex data calculations and analysis using Java (Java 17/21 preferred).Manage and analyze risk-related data using relational databases, particularly Oracle, to meet operational and regulatory standards.Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD, contributing to an Agile team committed to continuous improvement.Build integrated solutions and new (micro-)services that not only solve your team's challenges but also benefit others in the organization.

Robust experience in Java (Java 8 and above) and familiarity with Spring Boot.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data within a regulatory framework.Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and relational database management.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an Agile setting.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning in IT and finance.Excellent communication skills in English with a comfort in remote collaboration tools.
