\n\n Designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications using modeling techniques\n Developing high-quality software using Java and Springbatch framework\n Understanding the requirements and building efficient Java-based programs\n Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity\n Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code\n Performing individual code reviews\n Maintaining and updating databases to support dynamic data-driven applications.\n Troubleshooting and debugging issues\n\n\n
Qualifications:
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer\n Hands on experience with Springbatch, JIRA\n Familiar with tools and frameworks used in application development.\n Excellent troubleshooting skills\n Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology.\n Strong communication skills.\n Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.\n Proactive and delivery-oriented approach.\n\n\n
Following Experiences are plus:
\n\n Certification in a Core Java course from an accredited platform. \n Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript Framework.\n Experience in object-oriented analysis, database modeling, Oracle, SQL, etc.\n Experience with unit testing processes.\n Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure.\n Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process.\n\n\n
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000.
