This position will be part of the Stock Plan Services technology team focusing on supporting equity compensation for our B2B clients. We have multiple applications that support this effort, and our mission is to launch a consolidated platform of microsites to combine these segregated applications into a holistic user experience. While executing this goal we strive to maintain excellent customer support and deliver on sustaining engineering objectives.

Essential Functions:

Participate in the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systemsBe a key member of a scrum team in Java and cloud development platforms that includes front end and back end technologies like Spring Boot, PCF and moreEnsure deliverable meets the standards with respect to code quality, unit test cases, and best coding practices for all code implementationsPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersParticipate in the development of Proof-of-Concept projects to help create reusable patterns for developmentParticipate in various agile ceremonies and appropriately lead technology solutioning across a large team spaceBe a security champion for the team by evaluating, guiding, and resolving vulnerability free code, eliminating security gaps, and ensuring re-usability, flexibility, and performanceWrite unit test cases for all code implementationsCreating Bamboo pipelines for CI/CD into PCF environmentsWhat you have

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with full stack Java development4+ years of experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot4+ years of experience with cloud based development4+ years of experience with REST services3+ years of experience with Microservices and micro UI developmentExperience with configuring automated builds and deployments with tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitHub

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front end design and coding using AngularExperience with Atlassian tool suites Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, ConfluenceExperience using IDE and GIT repositories for code managementExperience in preparing high level design, system design document, architecture document or similar documentationExperience with design for functional and non-functional qualities, including availability, resiliency, security, and performanceExperience developing financial reporting and financial analysis
