As a Software Engineer (Java), you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient and reliable Java applications for the Customer Experience Platform (CXP). This will involve working closely with other members of the development team to understand and implement software requirements and specifications.
Your role will also include testing and debugging code to ensure that it meets quality standards and works as expected. This will require you to use a range of testing tools and techniques to identify and fix any issues that arise during development.
To ensure that all work is conducted in line with JMIT policies, you will need to be familiar with the company's development processes and procedures. You will also need to keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Java programming and software engineering to ensure that your work is cutting-edge and effective.
Finally, you will be responsible for documenting your work in a clear and concise manner. This will include creating technical specifications, user guides, and other documentation to help other members of the team understand your work and use the software effectively.

Requirements for the role:3-5 year’s experience working with Java in a commercial company
Degree in computer science related course or equivalent work experience
Experience working throughout a software project lifecycle
Methodical, rigorous and disciplined approach with high attention to detail
How you will be rewarded:Salary range for this position is from 39,000 to 45,000 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
