**Job Title:** Java Developer
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications for mission-critical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for high-volume, low-latency systems.
+ Ensure high availability and performance of applications.
+ Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
+ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
+ Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in code refactoring activities.
+ Analyze, debug, and resolve software defects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and QA engineers.
+ Stay abreast of the latest Java technologies and industry best practices.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
+ Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
+ Experience with Java EE technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, JPA).
+ Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
**Bonus Points:**
+ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Experience with microservices architecture.
+ Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
**Pay Details:** $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
