They should collaborate in solving technical problems, continuously improve their skills, and support both senior and junior developers to achieve project objectives effectively. **What you'll be doing** **Technological Skills:** The key technological skills of an intermediate Java developer include advanced proficiency in Java SE and Java EE, experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, and expertise in RESTful and SOAP services. They should possess a strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture, as well as skills in relational and NoSQL databases.
