Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Java Developer to join one of our largest financial service clients and sit local to either downtown Manhattan New York or Jersey City, New Jersey. This individual will be joining the Payments Engineering in an effort to help build out, enhance and upgrade applications. There is a large modernizing initiative that this developer will play a key role in. To be successful in this role, this candidate must have excellent java development experience as well as background working with Kafka and MongoDB. They must be sharp, independent, and enthusiastic to participate. The team is onsite, so the expectation is for this candidate to be in office 5x a week.
