We’re looking for a software engineer to:
• provide technology solutions to maintain and enhance an existing suite of applications within Finance (closely linked to HR processes)
• help design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using Azure Webapps, Java, React, REST API and PostgreSQL
• join a small established team of developers in our office in Pune, working with IT and Business leads in Zurich and also the local Pune business team
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• perform development, code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• ensure that proper operational controls and procedures continue to be implemented when moving from test to production
• contribute to the migration of applications from on-premise to Azure platform
