We're looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our Stavanger team. With a variety of projects across industries, we'll align your work with your skills and interests-whether it's fintech, transport, energy, or cutting-edge cloud solutions.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and optimize Java applications tailored to real-world business challenges.
* Work with modern tech stacks, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and cloud platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
* Ensure code quality through Agile development, testing, and CI/CD practices.

What You Bring:

* Fluent in Norwegian & English
* 3+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
* Strong backend skills (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs)
* Cloud & DevOps knowledge (AWS, Azure, Docker - preferred)
* Passion for Agile & continuous learning
