This role involves collaborating closely with backend teams and reporting to a Sr. Director of Program Management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate effectively within a team and with backend teams to deliver integrated solutions. + Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. + Lead the development cycle from planning through to maintenance. + Develop user-facing features using ReactJS and build reusable front-end components. + Optimize components for performance across diverse devices and browsers. + Implement responsive designs and improve usability with web designers. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with 8+ years of experience + Proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or Struts. + Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. + 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, Redux, and Java development. + Experience with B2B software and a strong grasp of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. + Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern authorization mechanisms like JWT. + Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git. **Salary Range:** The base salary range for this position is **$91,457 - $137,186** plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
