We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

Design and Develop applications using Java language and build reusable components.
Need to have good understanding of UI Component and well versed in design and development of front ends using any front-end (React, Angular etc.) technologies.
Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to achieve end goal.
Manage Professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes, testing and operations.
Create Cloud native application using Micro-services-based architecture and its echo-system.
Ensure modules are well development and designed including proper documentation.
Need to have knowledge of Multi-threading, Design patterns, Application Infrastructure patterns and Infrastructure patterns. Need to be well versed with application design and performance optimization methodologies.
Establish and maintain positive work relationship with peers, management, and key stakeholders. Ensure agile Development Methodology is followed. Design DevOps processes as part of core application development lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Overall, 8-12 Years of development experience in Java and related technologies
Experience in writing multi-threaded code. Experience in Java17 or higher is must to have along with various frameworks available for fast paced micro-services development like Spring boot.
Hands-on experience in Micro-services development using Spring boot, Node.
Experience in Synchronous and Asynchronous Interfaces and Rest API Design and Development
Experience in RDBMS (PostGres) , NoSQL (MongoDB or others) and in-memory databases
Manage and configure CI/CD Pipeline using Jenkins, Docker containers, Kubernetes cluster, API Gateway (Spring, Kong), NGinX. Experience in GIT, Nexus, Jenkins, Security Scans (SAST, DAST etc.)
Messaging Technologies like Kafka, Pub-Sub, MQ Brokers. Good Understanding of aggregate logging platform (Splunk or ELK Kibana) and monitoring and telemetry for distributed applications
Knowledge of Caching (Mem or Redis), Elastic Search, Swagger, Open API. Good understanding of Google Cloud is must. Understanding of Service Mesh and Vault

Significant contribution to an open-source project
Enthusiastic in participating in Internal/External Hackathons and influencing teams to do the same.
Able to lead group of Software Engineers
Improvement mind-set, coupled with the tenacity to make a positive difference.
