Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead in Java/J2EE skills. In this role, you will collaborate with key customers to apply technical proficiency across Design, development, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/J2EE software applications, collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, Write clean, scalable code using Java/J2EE programming languages, Test and deploy applications and systems, Revise, update, refactor and debug code, Improve existing software, Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical guidance/support. Required Qualifications:
Able to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products.Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team.Ability to work closely with product owner to gather requirements and groom into user stories.The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys Hub in Latin America or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the Latin America.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of dynamic experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.At least 8 to 10 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 6 to 8 years of Java/J2EE Web technologies experience. Experience in Java/ J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Microservices and Restful WebservicesFamiliarity with GitHub, Jenkin and Maven.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent Written and Oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Ability to be a part of a diverse team/ multiple stakeholder environment.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Proven experience as a Java / J2EE Application development and design.Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).Familiarity with SAFe Agile and DevOps, CI/CTFamiliarity with estimation of work.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Experience with cloud-based platform.Healthcare domain background will be added advantageously.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
