We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of senior Consultant specialist.

In this role you will:

Be a Technical Lead, who will be provide round the clock application support.Engage quickly in all customers impacting service issues and drive technical investigation and resolution. Provide technical support during production incidents to help provide the quickest possible restoration of service. Investigate the root cause and provide/drive service improvements to completion.Perform analysis to provide estimations and optimal solutions to business stakeholders to choose from.Perform analysis to support the static BAU (Business As Usual) changes in the application.Communicate with business analyst for any technical support and inputs.

Relevant work experience of 8 years in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Integration Framework, Spring Boot.Java server-side development experience is essential.Good knowledge of RTC (Version Control System).Good knowledge on tools like Maven, Jenkins, GitHUB, Ansible.Should have hands-on experience on tools like Splunk and App Dynamics.Basic knowledge of shell scripting and python.Participate in intra-day and overnight (rarely, when called) Support.Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.Knowledge of Spring Integration/Dojo Framework will be an added advantage.Knowledge of PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work comfortably both within a team and independently as required.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skill required.Able to adapt to working in different roles and on different technologies.
