We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support ( L3 Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s customers.
• Provide production support for clients which involves monitoring, analysis, bug fixing etc
• Provide 24X7 Support
• Handle migration and patching activities for O/S servers, application servers, middleware’s, DB servers etc
• Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities
• Flexible to support on 24X7 shift/weekends.
• Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement (Nice to Have).
Primary Skill:
• Excellent Java Spring boot with Microservices Knowledge
• Excellent Kafka, Camunda, Linux and any other Scripting knowledge
• Medium exposure to SQL, Postgres and MongoDB .
• Exposure to Cloud concepts(kubertnets) and Jason
• Exposure to AI, Automation tools etc will be an added advantage
• Leading a small team (Applicable for Senior Software Engineers)
Primary Soft Skill: Mandatory
• Professional good verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
