We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 13 to 15 years of experience to lead and oversee projects involving J2EE Node.js and Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in Finance & Accounting and Merchandising domains. This role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.

Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope. - Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to meet project objectives. - Provide technical guidance and support to the project team leveraging expertise in J2EE Node.js and Java. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project goals and establish clear project plans. - Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients. - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables. - Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency. - Provide post-project evaluation and feedback to identify areas for improvement and best practices. -Qualifications - Possess a strong technical background with expertise in J2EE Node.js and Java. - Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Have experience in Finance & Accounting and Merchandising domains which is a plus. - Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities fostering a collaborative work environment. - Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. - Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities address Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $63,000K - $115,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
