**As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.**
**Technical Leadership** :
+ Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing Java-based applications.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
**Design and Development** :
+ Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java applications.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
**Code Review and Best Practices** :
+ Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.
+ Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.
**Problem Solving** :
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
+ Optimize application performance and scalability.
**Collaboration** :
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
**Project Delivery** :
+ Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
+ Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.:
+ **Core Java** : Strong expertise in Java, including Java 8+ features like streams, lambdas, and functional programming.
+ **Frameworks** : Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data) and Hibernate.
+ **Microservices** : Proven experience in designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot.
+ **Database** : Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
+ **Web Technologies** : Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
+ **Tools and Platforms** : Knowledge of build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
+ **Cloud** : Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
+ **Agile** : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
+ **Testing** : Strong experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.

**Required Skills and Experience**
+ 8 years of experience in Core Java: Strong expertise in Java, including Java features like streams,lambdas, and functional programming.
+ Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data)and hibernate.
+ Microservices: Proven experience in designing and developingmicroservices using Spring Boot.
+ Database: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) andNoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

+ Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
+ Familiarity with container orchestration and deployment strategies.
+ Exposure to big data frameworks like Apache Kafka or Apache Spark.
**Preferred Skills and Experience :**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to lead and motivate a team.
+ Effective time management and organizational skills
