Job DescriptionUnderstand business domain, analyze requirementsDesign, develop code, tests and maintain code for Resolve online application releasesCommunicate and collaborate effectively with team members including vendor partner teamsEffectively participate in the technology proof-of-concepts and learn new technologies and frameworksUnderstand and enhance coding guidelines and participate in code review processesCreate and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with Requirements & Analysis group, QA team and Production Support team to ensure project alignment

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree and minimum 1 year of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Communication Engineering or a related fieldStrong Core Java skills and one of the frontend technologiesExcellent programming skillsDemonstrated ability to build object-oriented designsStrong ability to collaborateHighly driven and resourcefulAI and generative AI skills are highly desirable.
