We are looking for a Java Developer Team Lead to work fully remote from Serbia in a B2B contract. 

The Software Development Team Lead, reporting to the Software Development Manager, will oversee and mentor a team of 4-5 Software Developers, providing guidance in their daily tasks.

Desired Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Java Software Developer, with some leadership or mentoring experience. Strong understanding of object-oriented design, database technologies, and web technologies. Experience with mission-critical systems, using technologies like Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, JMS (ActiveMQ), and MySQL. Proficiency with Linux and troubleshooting at the systems level. Familiarity with build automation (Maven), source control, and bug tracking tools. Main Responsibilities: Lead a team of 4-5 Software Developers through the development lifecycle, providing mentorship and guidance. Assist in understanding business and technical requirements. Ensure all project deliverables meet release criteria. Act as a key reference point for team members and cross-functional teams. Participate in system design and analysis activities.
