\nJob Description:
\nAs a Maven Development Support Engineer, you will be the second level of support for our clients. You will provide technical software assistance for our first level Maven Service Analyst (MSA) Team, participate in regular issue tracking and ticket review meetings internally and with the Clients. Focus for the Team in on production related issues and activities.
\nThe Maven Development Support Engineer must primarily possess strong problem-solving ability alone and in working with others. They must also possess strong communication skills for effectively working with associates and Clients.
\n\n
Responsibilities:
\n\n Work closely with other Support Developers, Maven Core Developers, Maven Support Analysts, Quality Assurance Testing Engineers. \n Effectively utilize the Jira issue tracking system for tracking of all support issues, within the defined client-specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).\n After-hours phone support coverage may be required based on business needs.\n Following Conduent policy on entering time spent on projects and tasks.\n Traveling to client or company sites as required.\n\n\n
Provide Production Support Services such as:
\n\n Issue Ticket Resolution/Fixes\n Builds for Change Requests\n Minor Software Release Migrations/Builds\n Escrow Packaging and Delivery\n Software Security Scans\n\n\n
Skills and Expertise in:
\n\n Strong Problem-Solving ability\n Strong communication skills\n Strong in JAVA/J2EE understanding.\n SQL and Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle, MSQL)\n JavaScript and related technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax)\n XML\n App Server Knowledge (e.g. Tomcat, WebSphere, AWS, Azure) \n Development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)\n\n\n
Qualifications:
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field experience, or equivalent work experience.\n Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT industry\n Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting java-based applications. \n Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, including excellent listening and empathy skills.\n Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and navigating competing priorities.\n Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and organizations.\n Self-motivated high achiever who can learn in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment with limited direct supervision.\n\n\n

Accountability:
\nJob performance will be measured by continual client satisfaction, meeting contractual obligations and SLAs, and the completion of project and tasks related to assigned deliverables. This position reports to the Maven Support Manager.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000.
