As a JavaScript Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will be at the forefront of building scalable, high-performance solutions for enterprise applications. Your expertise in JavaScript and browser technologies will drive the development of robust, maintainable, and efficient products, with opportunities to integrate with C++ modules. By collaborating with global teams and applying best practices, you will help shape the next generation of performance testing solutions.

 

What the role offers

 

Full development lifecycle ownership – from requirements analysis to implementation and testing.Work with JavaScript and C++ to develop and enhance high-performance software.Solve complex challenges related to HTTP(S), WebSockets, and API integrations.Gain deep knowledge of browser technologies (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).Collaborate with global R&D and non-R&D teams, ensuring seamless communication.Maintain high execution standards, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

 

What you need to succeed

 

3+ years of experience in software development with strong JavaScript skills.Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.Experience with HTTP(S), WebSockets, and API development.Familiarity with C++ (nice to have).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with adaptability to new technologies.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to continuous learning.Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
