The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in COBOL programming and JCL (Job Control Language) to support and enhance our mainframe applications. Key Responsibilities: * JCL COBOL Developer will develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs and JCL scripts * Analyze and understand existing mainframe applications and workflows * Modify and enhance COBOL programs to meet business requirements * Create and maintain JCL scripts for batch processing * Debug and troubleshoot issues in COBOL programs and JCL scripts * As a JCL COBOL Developer, you will collaborate with business analysts and other developers to gather requirements and design solutions * Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards * Provide support for production issues and perform root cause analysis
