_This a hybrid role supporting our manufacturing sites in Indiana, Warsaw. We are open to candidates in country that are considering relocating to the region._
The JD Edwards manufacturing manager will work with business, executive leadership, and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. Responsible for the functional blue printing, identifying gaps in the standard functionality and suggest alternative options to the client and the team to arrive at the best decision.
This role provides leadership for the end-to-end solution, which includes planning, design, technical collaboration, and testing, as well as strong analysis and troubleshooting skills when problems arise. Also provides hands on guidance and direction on functional development work, including interfaces to other client systems, set priorities, and provide communication and interface to the user community and other IT teams in concert with the Director, IT Operations, Americas.

+ Work with business and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and JD Edwards solution implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business
+ Identify, recommend and implement the best solution for the business requirements
+ Responsible for functional blue printing, identifying gaps in the standard functionality and suggest alternative options to the client.
+ Evaluation/recommendation and implementation/support of new technologies. Fulfills Manufacturing JD Edwards SME role
+ Conduct project estimate sessions with project stakeholders to drive project estimates and challenges estimates where appropriate to ensure accurate effort estimates by functional areas.
+ Manage deliverables from all functional teams ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality based on project guidelines
+ Conducting business/ IT meetings to identify the potential areas in the business where you can implement or reengineer the solution to get optimum business benefits.
+ Establish and actively manage all project and key stakeholder expectations and relationships
+ Organize and lead the project team through the entire project life cycle for the relevant System (JDE) tasks.

+ Create and manage the artifacts required for the new solutions and business initiatives.
+ Supporting the solution deployed / used by the business
+ Report status to the Project Sponsor, and escalates changes, issues, risks for resolution as needed.

**Your Background**
+ Sound knowledge of Production scheduling, quality control standards, GMP compliance procedures
+ Bachelor’s degree & 6+ years relevant experience; or Associate degree & 8+ years relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent & 10+ years relevant experience
+ Experience working as IT Manufacturing SME or Manager
+ Mandatory knowledge in JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 Manufacturing, Shop Floor management, Product data management, planning and the relationship with Supply chain modules
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize using strong organizational skills.
+ Pro-active, can-do attitude to achieve results.
+ Ability to work calmly in a high-pressure environment.
+ Must be an excellent team player

**Compensation:**
Expected Compensation: $115,000-$142,000
