Job Description for JD Edwards Technical Consultant:
• Over 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards Development, primarily with an upgrade expertise
• In-depth knowledge of the JDE E1 Tools Set, including OMW, Form Design, Report Design, BSFN/NER, Data Dictionary, MBF, UDC, and familiarity with C/C++
• Skilled in retrofitting JDE objects during major version upgrades and ensure compatibility and system integrity
• Hands-on experience in integrating JDE with external systems/integrations (3rd party products) using modern methodologies like JDE Orchestrator (REST APIs), Logic Extensions, BSSV, and EDI methods
• Advanced Report Writing/ One View Reporting, Table Conversion, Workflow & Distribution Lists, Good Knowledge of Database and SQL Queries
• Expertise in handling UDOs like Form Extensions, Grid Formats, Form Personalization, and JET Charts (UX One) for enhanced user experiences
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues in both standard and custom objects
• Good understanding on JDE modules like Inventory/Procurement/Finance/Sales & Distribution
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear & timely updates to team members, business stakeholders, customers and end-users.
