The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least three full-cycle JDE project implementations, migrations, or upgrades. This role demands expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, environment management, and JDE security, ensuring optimal performance and seamless operations. The JD Edwards CNC Specialist will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design, manage, and troubleshoot JDE environments while supporting infrastructure, upgrades, and capacity planning. Qualification and Skills + Proven track record of handling JD Edwards CNC EnterpriseOne versions 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2 installations, configurations, and upgrades + Infrastructure setups, including network access, firewall management, and software installation. + JASHTML Server Manager, web services, Enterprise Server, and environment configurations. + Data source management, job queue setup, and object configuration mapping. + Expertise in managing user roles, task views, environment copies, and security policies. + Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work with all relevant stakeholders to resolve them. Key Skills and Qualifications: + Any Engineering graduate + Successfully completed at least 3 full-cycle JDE project implementations, migrations, or upgrades. + A minimum of 10 years of experience in JD Edwards CNC. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Roles and Responsibilities 1. System Installation and Configuration: + Install and configure JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including Deployment Servers, Web Servers, and Enterprise Servers. + Manage Service Packs, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs, and other updates/fixes to maintain system stability and performance. 2. Upgrades and Migration: + Execute tools and application release upgrades for EnterpriseOne versions 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2. + Perform testing, surface analysis, and ensure seamless migration with minimal disruption to operations. 3. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: + Monitor, track, and resolve system performance issues promptly. + Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve complex cross-functional problems. + Optimize application processing through advanced performance tuning techniques. 4. Environment and Security Management: + Create and maintain JDE EnterpriseOne environments, including defining custom path codes and managing data sources. + Configure and manage JDE security policies, user roles, task views, and environment copies. + Support job queues, printer setups, and infrastructure configurations for seamless operations. 5. Infrastructure and Backup Management: + Configure networks, firewalls, and mandatory software installations for JDE EnterpriseOne environments. + Manage infrastructure components, including JASHTML Server Manager, web services, and Enterprise Server configurations. + Plan and implement backup and recovery processes to ensure system reliability. 6.
