The team you will be a part of

The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand and the post purchase experience.

This role in summary

As a member of the JennAir brand team, you will join a tribe of passionate consumer champions where you will lead crucial brand experiences; including defining and executing the white glove post purchase experience, building brand loyalty and executing the Training Program for key target audiences.  Our team creates masterbrand and product marketing strategies that drive dynamic, engaging experiences for consumers and professionals, online and off, to build our brand and our business. JennAir is in a unique position as the highly prioritized luxury brand in our portfolio and is set up for tremendous growth over the next 3-5 years.  

Your responsibilities will include Champion the vision for JennAir differentiated post purchase experience for the luxe customer inline with masterbrand strategyDevelop a deep understanding of our consumers, designers, architects & builders expectations, current internal structure and translate insights into action for the JennAir post purchase ecosystemDefine and execute strategy and roadmap to deliver the best post purchase experience for luxury customers, designers, architects and builders. This includes defining JennAir differentiated white glove experience for key stakeholders, associated metrics for installation, service, call centers & putting the right structure/systems in place to achieve those metricsDefine content strategy and develop training material for various stakeholders. Lead agency partnerships to develop content, create videos, manage the JennAir University Learning Management System and coach others to ensure JennAir is delivering to defined luxury expectationsAs the brand’s training and post purchase subject matter expert, keep up to date on market trends and technologies, consumer needs, partner opportunities and innovations affecting our industryRegularly engage and work closely with other brand team members, sales teams, and cross-functional partners both internally and externally to align and deliver our training and post purchase roadmaps. Must be able to influence and drive change across the broader JennAir organizationManage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence and start-up mentalityTravel (approx 10%) as needed to events and trainingMinimum requirements Bachelor's degree2+ years of marketing, brand management, post purchase or sales/sales training experiencePreferred skills and experiences Passion for the consumer Growth mindset with strong learning agility & thought leadership to solve complex problemsExperience working cross-functionally and influencing others without direct authority.  Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skillsTraining & agency management experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven success working in a fast paced, complex environmentWhat we offer
