**Job Responsibilities**
1. Set up efficiently
2. Operate, and shut down Repack machine in a safe manner
3. Ensure quality standards of product
4. Daily and period end maintenance
5. Communicate as needed with other operators
6. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
7. Accurately record downtime
8. Must get HACCP Certification and complete hourly x-ray checks
9. Must be able to perform leaker and gas audits
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Basic mechanical skills, based on experience or training
+ Basic math skills
+ PHYSICAL: No current work restrictions prohibiting work in a 35-degree environment
+ No restrictions for lifting 50 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Machine Operating experience
+ Previous work experience in Branded Retail

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.15, 6 months $21.51, 1 year $22.16 per hour.
