Job Responsibilities

Deliver feed to correct farms, buildings, and tanks within the set standardsMaintain vehicle in good working order and in compliance with DOT regulationsKeep accurate log of miles, tons, feed type and delivery times and days may be necessaryOther work as needed*** Ability to work with pork products ***Assist in all mill duties on occasion

Minimum Qualifications

At least 21 years of ageMechanically inclinedMust have a current Wisconsin CDL License and Medical card with a good driving recordNo more than one moving violation in the last 12 months or no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 monthsNo more than zero OWI offenses in the last 12 months and no more than one OWI in the last 36 monthsPHYSICAL: No restrictions from climbing on trucks, bins, or lifting 50 pounds to shoulder height

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of locations of farmsFeed mill or feed delivery background1-2 years previous experience driving tractor/trailer combo

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $22.00 - $35.25 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
