Job Description The Lead Application Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and configuring applications to meet business needs, with a focus on Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Align. Development and Support: Implement technology solutions, translate requirements into technical designs, and continuously improve applications. Testing and Analysis: Create and execute unit tests, analyze code for errors, and enforce code standards. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, provide coaching and feedback, and act as a liaison for business and external clients. Team Collaboration: Foster relationships across roles and organizations to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in multiple applications and programming languages (e.g., COBOL, JAVA). Business Knowledge: Work autonomously with a strong understanding of financial services and marketing domains.
