Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Jira Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced JIRA Analyst/Coordinator to manage and optimize workflows for a critical project in the Ordering Integration Services group. This role will focus on tracking labor costs and project expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JIRA, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of cost analysis and reporting tools like Tableau. Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage the end-to-end workflow of timekeeping systems, including Fieldglass and JET, as they integrate with JIRA * Analyze timesheets and project data using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, and Macros are a plus) to provide cost analysis * Collaborate with Tableau developers/report writers to create actionable reports for stakeholders, visualizing cost run rates and budgetary performance * Work with stakeholder teams to build and maintain custom JIRA logs and instances tailored to project needs * Create basic Tableau reports directly from Excel data when required * Ensure accurate tracking of labor costs across projects and budget/cost centers * Develop and refine reporting structures to support financial transparency and decision-making
