Role and responsibilities:
Experience working in a Jira Cloud Platform environment
• Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira Cloud Software and its most popular add-ons (Advanced Planning, Automation, eazyBI, ScriptRunner, Structure, Custom Charts)
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL 4
• Excellent remote working skills and English language skills
