PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II
Salary Grade    : 15 (Php 35,097.00)
Status              : Contract of Service
Location           : National Coordination Monitoring and Information Management Division
Reports to        : Social Welfare Officer V (NCMIMD Chief)
CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education         : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training            : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience       : 1 year of relevant experience
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Education         : Social Science Course (BS Social Work or BS Community Development)
Training            : 4 hours of relevant training on coordination/monitoring and evaluation
Experience       : 1 year of relevant experience
Eligibility           : None required
JOB DESCRIPTION
The PDO II shall be the focal person in the coordination, monitoring and implementation of BPA Projects.
PRIMARY TASKS
1.    Coordinates and provides technical assistance to Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Committees and LGUs on the implementation of Bahay Pag-Asa project/s;
2.    Monitors the implementation of provision of support to all operational BPAs nationwide. Drafts and coordinates approval of council resolutions, memoranda, project design, guidelines;
3.    Prepares reports on BPA projects;
4.    Coordinates the liquidation of funds for BPAs, be it for operation or construction/improvement;
5.    Assists in the consolidation of RJJWC's quarterly regional accomplishment reports;
6.    Assists and coordinates meetings with other agencies in the monitoring of agency deliverables under Comprehensive National Juvenile Intervention Program;
7.    Performs other tasks and functions as may be assigned by Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.
