Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Applications Development Analyst C. Advanced in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is crucial to our operations in the transportation services industry. As an Applications Development Analyst, you will develop custom software applications and databases, enhance existing systems, and implement solutions to meet our operational needs. Responsibilities: • Develop custom software applications and databases, adhering to established coding standards. • Implement enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency and functionality. • Troubleshoot application issues, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to services. • Ensure integration between various applications, enhancing interoperability and system cohesion. • Implement and support Off-the-Shelf software solutions, tailoring them to our specific needs. • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined requirements. • Make high-level design choices and implement solutions following technical standards. • Analyze, design, implement, and test solutions in collaboration with team members. • Utilize Agile Development methodologies to optimize the software development lifecycle. • Support the Very-Large-Scale Integration process, enhancing system performance and reliability.
