Work Experience
The preferred candidate should have:
Experience working with people with disabilitiesOne year delivering supported employment servicesDirect care services experience (such as PCA, social work, life coaching, etc)PatienceAbility to cope with emergency situationsExcellent/effective communication skillsAbility to kneel, climb stairs, walk, stoop, and lift up to 50lbsValid state-issued Driver's License (Required)Ability to pass a criminal background check
