The role will be responsible for developing strategic, data-driven analyses to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the definition of the acquisition strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze demand and consolidate sales forecastsDevelop and execute strategic and seasonal acquisition plansDefine pricing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize customer acquisition while ensuring financial sustainabilityMonitor sales performance and propose corrective actionsSupport the achievement of financial targets (NG, Revenues, EBITDA)Translate customer insights and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, reason to buy) into actionable commercial strategiesDevelop models to assess and analyze the effectiveness of business strategies

Requirements3–5 years of experience in similar rolesExcellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)Fluent in English, both written and spokenStrategic vision and strong business orientationAnalytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on Big DataStrong project management skillsProactive and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsDigital mindset and deep understanding of the current and future entertainment landscapeStrong storytelling skills to effectively communicate with top management
