**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Control Management Officer in Commercial Banking- Global Treasury Management Control team which supports the Global Treasury Management Payment Product Team responsible for developing and managing payment products such as ACH, Wire, and The Clearing House Real Time Payments.
Global Treasury Management
+ Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
+ Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending
**In this role, you will:**
+ Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risk across different business lines
+ Lead complex initiatives designed to mitigate current and emerging risks with broad impact
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, as well as good understanding of the risk management framework, and business process management
+ Monitor complex business specific programs, and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies
+ Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area
+ Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls
+ Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
+ Serve as a mentor / lead to more junior members of the Control Management team
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for highly complex risks associated with business operations
+ Engage with all levels of roles across the business group, and serve as an experienced advisor in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and controls that mitigate risks and address regulatory requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience leading risk and control assessment
+ Previous audit / Control Testing Experience
+ Experience with automated business processes
+ Experience with Payments Products and Platforms
+ Ability to recommend process improvement and enhancements to the control environment

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
