  The Role at a glance:

Elior NA is seeking a Corporate Card Specialist to join our driven and solutions-oriented, centralized Houston, TX based Accounting Organization. This role will administer and oversee the ENA Card and Expense program to ensure policy adherence and administer corporate cards. Candidates should be able to use critical thinking to enforce compliance while providing customer support to internal business partners.

What you'll be doing: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policy, report submission, and credit card administration.  Perform expense report audits to ensure compliance with corporate policy.  Participate in credit card administration including applications, limit increases, and delinquencies.  Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives. Use analytics to determine behavioral trends, potential misuse, and compliance to policy.  Uphold corporate policies for travel and expenses as well as corporate credit cards.  Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.  What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience  3+ years related accounting experience.  Experience with expense reporting ERP systems such as Divvy/Bill preferred.  Critical thinking related to policy enforcement and compliance.  General computer competency required, including Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, and Outlook  Ability to build trust and strong relationships, finding solutions and influencing outcomes to drive superlative performance.  Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.  Comfort and capability in navigating uncertain or unclear situations, making informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.  Turn data from various sources into insights with a strong mindfulness in a fast-changing environment.  Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Developed organizational and project management skills.  Upholding strong moral and ethical principles, being honest, trustworthy, and dependable in all interactions and decisions is fundamental for building trust and maintaining a positive reputation.  Demonstrated initiative-taker, ongoing self-growth and development, advancement potential.   Where you'll be working:

You will be working out of our Houston, TX based office.
